WORKED PLANNING EXAMPLE
What does a $15,000 monthly media budget mean?
A five-store pilot with $15,000 each month in media averages $3,000 per store. Over three months, the media total is $45,000. If you chose to hold 10% of the monthly media budget for adjustments, $13,500 would be allocated initially and $1,500 held for later decisions.
These figures illustrate budget arithmetic, not a recommended allocation or a sales forecast. Stores may need different investment levels. The full cost also includes separately agreed management, creative and other services. Choose CAD or USD explicitly before planning.
How ready is your campaign?
Ready to scope: the goal, offer, stores, budget and follow-up owner are clear. Discuss the channels and measurement plan next.
Needs preparation: inventory, landing pages, response processes or data are unresolved. Name an owner and finish those items before launch.
Needs a smaller pilot: the network is broad but the available investment or measurement is limited. Discuss a focused group of locations.
There is no score that predicts success. This checklist helps surface decisions and missing information; it does not guarantee campaign results. Ad-platform visit signals alone do not establish incremental sales.
